Stevo Simple Boy is celebrating his birthday days after announcing the death of his father. He has taken to his Instagram page to tell fans that despite it being his born day, he's still sad.
He explained that he chose to honour his late dad in the Instagram message he made on his page.
"Tarehe 28 January ndo siku yangu ya kuzaliwa yani birthday ila imekuja kwa wakati wa huzuni na majonzi mingi. Hii siku ya birthday yangu nataka heshima zote nimpee babangu mzazi alipo hii siku nataka iwe ya heshima kwako."
(28 January is my birthday, I mean my birthday, but it has come in a time of sadness and many tears. This day of my birthday, I want all the respect to give to my father wherever he is. I want it to be a day of respect for you)
A few days ago, the charismatic and catchy singer announced six days ago that sadly his father was no more.
"I thank all my fans for supporting me all this time, although I have suffered the loss of my father. I request that you pray for me and give me strength at this time."
He later updated his initial message saying that it was a tough situation he was facing,
