Subscription Fees, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription fees

Recurring subscriptions are charged on the corresponding renewal date. Introductory discounts or special offers apply only for the stated offer period; renewals are charged at the then-current subscription rate. Access is effective only after successful payment.

Cancelling an account

You may cancel from the cancellation option in your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. A renewed subscription may be eligible for a full refund when LiveNow Africa is contacted within two calendar days after the renewal date.
