Thirteen times UEFA Champions League winners, Real Madrid, will begin their cup hunt with an away match at the San Siro Stadium, home to Italian Serie A winners, Inter Milan.
The match will be played on Wednesday, September 15, at 10pm.
Madrid, who witnessed the return of head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, are the favourites to progress to the knockouts alongside Inter Milan in Group D which also has Ukraine outfit Shakhtar Donetsk and FC Sheriff Tiraspol from the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
Inter, the Nerazzurri, coached by Simone Inzaghi, are the underdogs in the match on paper.
