Ruto Restructures Cabinet, Empowers Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi in Surprise Move

President William Ruto made unexpected changes on Wednesday, expanding Prime Cabinet CS Musalia Mudavadi's role to include Foreign Affairs, stripping Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua of his previously assigned responsibilities.
