Law Society of Kenya president Nelson Havi has been arrested by Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detectives over claims that he assaulted suspended LSK chief executive officer Mercy Wambua.
According to a report by Citizen TV, the vocal lawyer was nabbed at his office in Nairobi and taken to DCI offices for interrogation.
The LSK vice-president Carolyne Kamende confirmed the arrest.
“He was at his office when he was arrested,” Kamende said.
